Brian Baez is a 6th grader in the Topanga program. He has been wrestling for three years, and his favorite wrestling move is the Ankle Pick. His favorite BTSLA event was the Futures Camp in 2016, where he participated on Team Honey Badgers. In his free time, Brian enjoys fishing - he once caught 15 fish at the PALS Summer Fishing Trip. Genesis Arenales – Female Athlete of the Month, January
Genesis Arenales is a 7th grader who has been wrestling in the Topanga program for two years. Her favorite wrestling move is the Double Leg, and her favorite BTSLA Event was the MVD Wrestling Camp. In addition to wrestling, Genesis prides herself on being able to execute a perfect handstand. After middle school, she hopes to continue wrestling at Chatsworth High School. Super Sunday for BTSLA at Winter Jamboree
February 9, 2017 | February 5th was a super Sunday for the 38 girls and 93 boys from the 20 BTSLA programs that competed in the Winter Jamboree held at Canoga Park High School. Middle Schools take part in first ever dual meets
